Thought to be Colombian, they had been brutally murdered and many suspected then director of police in Mexico City Arturo Durazo Moreno and Francisco Sahagun as an accomplice. This book explores that theory and reproduces photos of the victims. Durazo would eventually be apprehended after a high profile corruption scandal.
