Consists of a wooden box with the title and author's name printed directly onto the lid. Inside are ten origami cranes with poems printed to appear on the wings. The paper itself is described on the legl page as "butter paper," and has the waxy appearence and texture of the paper used to wrap shortening. The cranes are beaded together and arranged verticially, like a mobile. The author draws explicit connections between the folds of the paper and the folds of one's personality. A CD-ROM contains the poems on the cranes in audio format. Edition of 30. (Item ID: 170741)
