Lampoons the political, social and economic elite of late 1920s Mexico with grotesque caricaturized renditions to illustrate corruption and ill-will towards the nation's working classes. Many of the illustrations and articles deal with class struggle, labor issues and economic inequality in a humorous and hyberbolized way. Cover illustration mocks Luis Napoleon Morones, a powerful union boss cited in an entry of the Encyclopedia of Mexico as "undoutedly decisie in MExico's post-Revolutionary reconstruction."
