The commentary provided by the essayists laud Diaz's abilities as a public figure and statesman. The plates depict important government buildings, politicians and scenes from the welcome parade for Diaz. This copy is inscribed by Enrique Creel, then governor of Chihuahua, to Norberto Dominguez who was head of the Mexican Postal Service. A scarce item, even moreso with both volumes in tact and complete. OCLC reports three holdings worldwide, with the only one in the US consisting of only the first volume and missing the second (Item ID: 172650)
