A version of Sweedish playwright August Strindberg's "A Dream Play" ("El Ensueño") edited by Chilean avant-garde film director, screenwriter, playwright, and spiritual guru Alejandro Jodorowsky. The edits include the omission of entire scenes, the changes of characters, and the addition of other scenes. The work includes a preliminary note by Jodorowsky explaining his reasons for editing Strindbergs play as well as annotations and notes throughout the play. Light wear and staining from age, includes a clear plastic dust jacket. This is a rare second edition. The first edition from 1967 has numerous holdings on worldcat including an ebook version. This version is not listed in Worldcat and is more than twice as long.
