the Documents include the following decrees by the Mexican Government: (1) Feb 11, 1835 - Imposes increases the cost of mail service between Guatemala and Valladolid. (2) March 13th, 1835 - Sets mail rates between Mexico City and Guatemala. (3) March 24th, 1835 - Imposes taxes affecting maritime custums fees on reams of paper. (4) May 2nd, 1835 - Provides amnesty for political crimes between the Mexican Empire's decleration of independence to January 4th of 1835, with the exception of political crimes by foreigners. (5) May 23rd, 1835 - Maintains seperation between the states of Aguascalientes and Zacatecas. (6) January 27th, 1835 - Sets the day for Miguel Francisco Barragán Andrade (as well as other elected government officials) to be sworn into office on January 28th, 1835.
