A detailed travel journal of English Barrister and travel writer Sir John Carr on occasion of his travels to Spain. Includes five engraved aqua tint plates of Cadíz, Valencia, Hermitage of Santa Ana Montserrat, Granja Majorca, and Mahon Minorca as well as a folding frontispiece plate of Granada. Provides equivalents of Spanish and English Currency. Title page bears small library stamp reading "R.S.S. 1810". Remarkably clean with the exception of the first blank. Book was recently rebound with new endpapers and leather and marbled paper boards.
