"Vista hermosa" is the second volume in a three-volume series that studies the Vista Hermosa archarchaeological site, located in the southwest of the current state of Tamaulipas. The works examine the anthropological, geographical, botanical, and geological aspects of the site, and additionally presents a detailed study of the 148 skeletons found there. As a whole, the collection aims to offer a rigorous description of the Huastec people, exploring their beliefs and daily life prior to the Spanish occupation. This edition includes a DVD.
