In recent years, research on autism has multiplied; however, there are few studies that question the autistic person, with their own culture and expression. This work gives a voice to autistic people from the perspective of ancestral peoples and communities, for whom autism is not a pathology, but the result of an imbalance in the cosmos. The misunderstanding of diversity has broken the relationship with oneself, and therefore, with nature, causing fear of what is different and forgetting that each person has a different way of being and perceiving the world.
