This is a collection of paper, ink, watercolor, and linocut prints that explore the theme of water. The works examine the universality of water and how even though it is colorless and transparent, we see a world of reflections from our own world. Many of the artists also use imagery from the ancient world -- found in mythical tales and characters like Narcissus -- to further illustrate this reality, depicting waters that are alive with naiads and nymphs, and an existence in which mortals and immortals mingled and complicated each other’s lives.
