“Let’s Get Acquainted: An Encounter with Historic Lesbian Bars of Houston,” by Gaby Hurtado-Ramos, is a zine on the history of lesbian bars in Houston. Drawing from the JD Doyle Archives, the work includes original drawings, collage, text, photographs, and a map of the bars’ original locations. It was risograph printed at the Houston Printing Museum and forms part of Hurtado-Ramos’s broader work with queer Houston history and print-based archival practice.
